QuickMAR Support Is Getting Even Better

PointClickCare is introducing enhancements to the QuickMAR Support experience, designed to provide greater control and visibility for your team.

Access to the QuickMAR Customer Support Portal begins with a User Management Admin—your organization’s designated support access manager. If you are responsible for managing QuickMAR user access, we recommend requesting User Management Admin setup to enable portal access.
Once enabled, you will be able to:
  • Create and manage user accounts for your team 
  • Search customer-visible knowledge articles used by Support Analysts 
  • Submit, manage, and track support cases in one place 
  • Receive real-time updates without relying on email follow-ups 
These improvements are designed to save time and streamline your support experience.
Upcoming Change
Later in 2026, email-to-case will be retired. All QuickMAR support requests will be submitted exclusively through the QuickMAR Customer Support Portal. To avoid service interruptions or delays, we strongly recommend completing User Management Admin setup in advance of this transition.

New Release: QuickMAR Version 5.5

PointClickCare has released QuickMAR version 5.5. We are asking that all customers upgrade to this new version to ensure continued support, enhanced security, and access to the most up-to-date product functionality. Please plan your upgrade as soon as possible, as QuickMAR versions 4.4 and 5.3.2 will be deprecated at the end of 2025.
