Current News and Events Eagle, Idaho (Jan. 5, 2012) – Med Management Technology recently released the latest development in its QuickMAR medication management software suite, a Pharmacy Dashboard module that improves communication and efficiency between pharmacies and participating facilities. “The new feature really allows for more pharmacy involvement and increases the speed of information sharing between facilities and pharmacies,” said Reed DeMordaunt, CEO of Med Management Technology. “The system is very straight forward and user friendly and compliments the QuickMAR software nicely.” The new module, which was released in December, allows pharmacies to directly monitor patient and medication status, receiving updates as caregivers enter information in participating facilities and real time updates on a resident’s status. Pharmacy technicians also receive notification when a medication needs to be re-filled or is discontinued. Jim Ryan, Director of Technology at Community Pharmacy Services, said that since the implementation of the QuickMAR dashboard feature, efficiency has increased. “The QM pharmacy dashboard has been a significant improvement to the customer service side of our operation,” Ryan said. “All of the work that we have previously done by running/printing reports is readily available to us on the dashboard. We are able to monitor all the items that need to be addressed, set their status to completed or pending, and do more work at a higher level in less time. The dashboard is a feature that is a great benefit to our pharmacy.” Beginning its fifth year of operation, Med Management Technology recently announced the winner of its “100 Millionth Med Passed” giveaway as a celebration of the growth of its QuickMAR software. The QuickMAR pharmacy dashboard is the latest in the development of the QuickMAR medication management software suite. “It is a fantastic feature & we are ecstatic to be able to use it at Community Pharmacy,” Ryan said. “In an industry where customer service determines the quality of your business, QuickMAR has provided yet another tool to help long-term care pharmacies excel at providing service for the facilities we serve.” < Here are some photos from this year’s rally. < Eagle, Idaho (Oct. 28, 2011) – Med Management Technology announced Friday the winner of its “100 Millionth Medication Passed” giveaway, a celebration of the company’s growth.
